In the summer, the balcony is the perfect place to sit and enjoy the picture-postcard scenery that surrounds you. Don't feel like going out for dinner? The fully-equipped kitchen has your back! It features stainless steel appliances and all the utensils someone could want to prepare the most delicious homecooked meals.

Warm Springs Day Lodge and lifts are a short walk away (100 foot) where you can take advantage of the world-class ski runs of Bald Mountain! You can get a coffee at the Konditorei before hitting the slopes. And at the end of your day, you can kick back and warm up at the bar with a hot Buttered Bourbon or the famous 'Shot Ski'. Ketchum is a mere two and a half miles away, offering great nightlife, shopping, and dining. For a little more adventure, you can go a bit further to Sun Valley (three and a half miles), where you can go horseback riding or ice skating. Or take in some music at the Sun Valley Pavillion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
