Nestled in West Ketchum, this two-story, 2-bedroom/2.5-bath duplex offers a tranquil retreat in a peaceful neighborhood, accommodating up to 4 guests. Upon entering, a welcoming sitting area provides space for coats, shoes, boots, and skis. The guest bedroom features a double bed and access to a hallway bathroom with a single sink vanity and shower. A stacked washer/dryer is conveniently located within this bathroom's closet. The hallway leads to a sunroom with a relaxing chair and access to the deck. The primary bedroom boasts a King bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a single sink vanity and a sunken tub with a shower.
The upper level encompasses the living area, complete with a gas fireplace, a 45-inch flat-screen TV, and a turret breakfast nook with a table. The fully equipped kitchen showcases granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and three bar stools at the counter. A separate dining room features a table seating six. A small room adjacent to the kitchen serves as a potential office space. A half bath is also located off the kitchen area.
This duplex includes a fenced backyard and is situated in a quiet neighborhood. Outdoor parking is available for one or two vehicles in front of the garage. While there is no on-site pool or hot tub, the YMCA, offering swimming and hot tub facilities, is within easy reach. The area's extensive bike path is approximately three blocks away.
One dog is welcome, with an additional pet fee of $120.

Such a cute place in the heart of Ketchum. Walkable to shops, restaurants, parks and bike trails. The home is super open and bright. It has a great backyard for your dog that is fully fenced. There is also a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need if you want to make dinner in. This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first. I would highly recommend!

We stayed in this home for a month during ski season. It is steps from the Red Route on the bus and the drivers are on time and quite welcoming.The home is exactly as listed. The kitchen is well appointed. The upstairs (literally up the ladder) room has a folding mattress, but we did not use it. Great home, great location.

The location was perfect for our needs: close to Atkinson Park, the Wood River Trail and an easy walk to downtown businesses and restaurants. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and found all the pots, pans, utensils, etc., everything we needed. All appliances were functional and top notch (I especially enjoyed brewing with the Moccamaster coffee maker). The townhouse was clean upon arrival and all lights, heating and water fixtures worked without any issues to note. We enjoyed our time here so much that we extended our stay by several nights because we didn’t want to leave. We are looking forward to returning to Ketchum in the near future and would happily rent this unit again.
