Lovely people, great location.
It was a national holiday but children still using the pool at 2 am was annoying.

we loved the location and the very friendly and helpful staff. the room was a little small but had everything we needed and was pretty clean. we also appreciated that there was a bathroom squeegee in the bathroom - after experiencing a flooded and wet bathroom floor for hours after one single shower in other hotels in egypt, the bathroom squegee was great to sweep all the excess water away and keep the bathroom clean and tidy. laundry service was also really easy and worth the price.
since the facilities are not brand new and probably because of the weather, the bathroom door was not properly closing. it was not a big deal for us but that could be fixed. also, the outlet next to the bed did not work since you could not really plug a charger in. the room was pretty small but okay for us.
