Very polite and attentive staff, good food, quick service, clean rooms and the beach, amazing sea view from the room.

On one morning the staff was moving furniture and shouting quite loudly, so it woke me up.

Good location, relative quite - Egyptian Quite ;-) Great staff and great food.

I don't like the noise of movies or music on cellphones of the staff

I really appreciated the coziness of the place and how smooth everything was—from the check-in process to easy access to the beach and food. The staff were friendly and communication was effortless. I also liked how Omar, the owner, personally reached out to us on our first day to make sure everything was going well. The beach itself is nice—though a bit rocky in some areas, it’s still enjoyable if you bring water shoes. The food was quite good, especially when compared to what’s typically available in Nuweiba, and the staff were both helpful and respectful. It’s worth noting that there’s not much to do in the surrounding area, but if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing spot, you’ll definitely enjoy your stay here.

That being said, despite the high rating of this place and all the positives mentioned above, we did face a major issue with our room that really affected our experience. After a long ride from Cairo, we were looking forward to three calm and restful days. Unfortunately, on our first night, the air conditioner in our room (Room No. 4) wasn’t cooling at all. Around 4 AM, the electricity in the room went off completely, including the AC, which made it extremely difficult to sleep, especially since the room had no proper ventilation—only one small window facing a storage and garbage area with no fresh air coming in. We couldn’t find anyone awake to help at that hour. In the morning, we informed a staff member, and he promised someone would come to check it. However, no one showed up the entire day, even after he reconfirmed with us in the afternoon. Eventually, we had to call the owner ourselves, and late at night, he told us no one would be able to come as they had already closed for the night. So, we ended up spending our second night without electricity again. The next morning, the owner arrived and they worked on fixing the issue until around noon, and finally, the electricity was restored. However, when we went to bed that night, while the electricity was on, the AC still wasn’t cooling. Unfortunately, that meant we had a very uncomfortable stay overall, as the heat in Nuweiba is quite intense and an AC is essential. I really hope these issues are resolved in the future, as the place has a lot of potential and I’d love to return under better circumstances.
