Homestay apartment with amazing mountain view

Very close to Zugspitze with amazing view of the mountain. The apartment is spacious, clean and warmly. It has almost everything you’d need for a homestay.

Fantastic apartment in Grainau

The apartment Zwölferkante is very spacious, spotlessly clean and beautifully designed. There was plenty of room for a family of three (with a lot of luggage!), the bathroom was great and large, and balcony with the view of Zugspitze was an additional highlight. The location is fantastic: a short walk to Badersee, and about 8 minutes to the center of Grainau with small shops, restaurants, train station, swimming pool and minigolf. Within 10 min by car there are several starting points for beautiful hiking tours and Eibsee can be reached by foot within 45 min. The owners of the house are very welcoming and friendly, we were offered advice on hiking routes that can be taken with a child - and were not dissapointed! We loved the place and would be happy to visit again.

Three small drawbacks, all related to the kitchen: -The lack of dishwasher is such a huge waste, of water - for the owners, and of time - for the guests. -The kitchen is large, but there was no space to actually prepare food. Additional small table would be helpful. - The kitchen utensils, esp. cutlery and pots were very old and not very well cleaned (the missing dishwasher!).

Für ruhesuchende ist diese Wohnung auf keinen Fall geeignet.

Wir haben uns selbst verpflegt. Wir hatten einen unfassbar schönen Blick auf die Berge. Näher ist kaum noch möglich. Allerdings liegt die Unterkunft direkt an einer Hauptstraße, somit muss man sich mit einigem Verkehrslärm abfinden.

Absolut mißfallen hat uns die Lärmbelästigung durch die beiden halbwüchsigen Kinder der Vermieter in der Wohnung direkt unter uns. Das ging am frühen (!) Morgen los und setzte sich am frühen Abend fort. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig! Die Kinder haben permanent rumgeschrien, mit irgendwelchen Dingen geworfen etc.. War oft nicht zum aushalten! Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass die Eltern darauf keinen Einfluss nehmen wollten, weil das wohl nicht in eine antiautoritäre Erziehung gepasst hätte. Desweiteren hätten wir in einen der Räume gern eine Wanduhr gehabt, die sucht man in der Unterkunft vergebens. Außerdem ist das Licht im Kühlschrank kaputt, viele Schranktüren knarren erheblich und könnten gern mal wieder ausgerichtet werden, weil sie sich nicht gut schließen lassen. Es gab eine ähnliche Kritik von einer gewissen Sonja, die ihre Bewertung am 10.07.2025 über diese Wohnung abgegeben hat und exakt die gleichen Erfahrungen machte. Komischerweise fand man ihren Eintrag recht weit hinten, sodass wir vermuten können, dass dieser bewusst verschoben wurde. Wäre uns diese Kritik vor der Buchung aufgefallen, hätten wir uns eine andere Unterkunft ausgesucht.

Keine Erholung wegen der extremen Lärmbelästigung!!!…der Aufenthalt hat Wohnblockatmosphäre wegen des ständigen Lärms!!!

Hübsche, große, saubere Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung.

Bei Buchung konnte man nicht herauslesen, dass die Vermieter unter uns wohnen. Wir hatten eine extreme Lärmbelästigung durch schreiende Kleinkinder. Mal nachts, sowie jeden Morgen ab 6:30 Uhr. Die viel befahrene Hauptstraße dagegen wirkte dezent!! Mit einem erholsamen Urlaub hat das nichts zu tun. Wir sind selbst Eltern und wirklich nicht überempfindlich. Aber man stand morgens aufrecht im Bett. Wer hier Urlaub bucht, braucht keinen Wecker und starke Nerven !! Für 150 Euro pro Nacht ist das eine echte Katastrophe. Die Balkonmöbel waren sehr alt , wackelig und abgewohnt. Die Wohnung selbst war modern und sehr sauber. Die mitgebuchten Handtücher wurden jedoch nicht mal nach einer Woche gewechselt. Wir waren 12 Tage dort und fanden das einfach traurig, dass nicht mal nachgehakt wurde, ob ein Wechselbedarf besteht. Das mitgebuchte Wc-Papier und die Badseife reichten auch nicht aus, sodass wir doch alles zusätzlich einkaufen mussten. Bitte buchen Sie diese Wohnung nicht, wenn Sie Ruhe und Erholung brauchen.

Vị trí đẹp, nhà đẹp và ấm áp, một mặt nhìn ra núi, một mặt nhìn ra đường, Gara trước nhà, rất thuận tiện cho đỗ xe, đi lên núi và hồ - khoảng 3km, gần các quán ăn địa phương , căn hộ rất sạch sẽ và tương đối đủ các tiện nghi cho kỳ nghỉ ngắn khoảng 2-4 ngày.

Chỉ có 1 phòng tắm và 1 nhà vệ sinh ( chung trong một phòng), vào sáng ngày chúng tôi trả phòng thì mất wifi trong khi khu vực này sóng 4G rất kém.

Prima, gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung war hell und geräumig. Der Blick vom Balkon ist wunderbar. Die Ausstattung ist super. Freundliche unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Sehr gut, einfache Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus. Idealer Ausgangspunkt auch für die Tiroler Zugspitzarena.

Die Straße ist zu manchen Tageszeiten relativ stark befahren.
