Sari House Ubud villa

The hosts were truly wonderful! They went above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfast everyday was delicious. The villa and pool were absolutely beautiful and always very clean. Highly highly recommend!

The most homely experience we had in our entire Bali trip. We stayed here for 4 nights and this place felt like our own traditional Balinese home. Owners are super friendly and very helpful. Wayan makes the best breakfasts and is a great breakfast conversationalist. Location is great as well, away from the crowd but close enough to take a short drive to the Ubud art market.

The only downside is that it's situated a little away from the main road and is not accessible by car. However the distance is only around 200m and was very doable even with luggage. The owners helped us carry our luggage at the time of check in and check out.

Everything. It was a hidden gem in the midst of Ubud. Adil and his wife could not have been better hosts. It was a pleasure staying in their home. A fantastic villa with lush vegetation and a gorgeous private cool pool. I would recommend wholeheartedly.

The first five minutes. The property is located on a rather unorthodox (by western standards) access road. Cars cannot come in and the 100 meters or so that separates the villa from the road must be walked. But once you reach the house the walk is well worth it.

Our stay at Sari House Ubud was absolutely fantastic! First of all, the owner offered to collect us from the airport which was so thoughtful because we arrived late and the idea of finding a taxi to bring us to the villa wasn't appealing. We were also very dehydrated by the time we landed and he kindly brought us to a convenience store outside of the airport area so we could get some drinks and not get ripped off. We were greeted with a delicious welcome drink and a tour of the fabulous villa! It cannot be understated how beautiful and clean the owners keep Sari House between the spacious downstairs, the tranquil private pool and the super comfortable bedroom. The villa is also just a 5/10 min walk from some beautiful restaurants for dinner but the area was still very quiet and safe. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast we got each day of our stay. The food was absolutely delicious with fresh fruit and juice that really made us feel like we were on the holiday of a lifetime! I also want to mention that the owners wife, who cooked us our beautiful breakfast, really helped us out when we were stuck waiting for a transfer to our next destination. She spoke to the driver on our behalf and got all issues we had resolved for us out of pure kindness. We would've been so lost without her! Overall, beautiful place to stay and I cannot recommend it highly enough!!
