The location is excellent

There was some renovations happening which you had to manoeuvre around. But didn’t affect us too much.

An amazing location! The view of the nearby mountains is incredible. The hotel is also located at the intersection of central streets, and there are a lot of cafes and restaurants around.

The hotel is quite old, which isn’t really a big problem. What was more irritating was that I left my clothes for laundry and was told they would be ready the next day, but I had to ask about them two or three times before I got them back. The same happened with the phone in my room. Once I called the reception, there was a problem with it — noise on the line made it difficult for both me and the receptionist to hear each other. I left a complaint about it, and a technician was supposed to come, but no one showed up in the end. So be prepared for this kind of minor irresponsibility.

It was very nice stay in great location! Food is very delicious ! All staff at reception, at breakfast and housekeeping was very very kind and helpful! Thank you so much for great service 💐

The location is great everything is nearby. Stuff also nice they’re smiling all the time and kind.

The internet was biggest issue even though I called them to check for it nothing changed. When I wanted to use my cellular data also connection was weak. Another biggest problem was room is different then pictures. When I entered the room I was so disappointed. It was old and not modern. When I call reception about this matter the answer I got was “we have all the pictures of room in website you may speak with my manager.”
