The hotel is in a good location close to attractions, restaurants and the lovely Paniflov park. Across the road, there is a nice small bar. The hotel itself has great facilities and the reception staff were very helpful with advice and money exchange. The room was spacious and had all the amenities expected. The furniture was a little dated but very spacious and comfortable. Our request for an airport transfer was met with a comfortable timely ride.

A very good hotel with great service which is rare to find elsewhere. We loved the spa and pool facilities. Breakfast buffet is also very nice. It is centrally located near the park.

The location is fantastic with excellent walkability, and the rooms offer spacious comfort. Cleanliness and staff service were impeccable, enhancing the overall experience. Facilities met all expectations, making this stay truly worthwhile and offering great value for money.

The staff are nice and helpful but the hardware is no good. The exterior of the hotel looks fine but the interior is so old and corridor is dark.
I got flies in my room and the shower head holder kept falling off every single time I try to get the shower head down. To be honest, I did not sleep well at all throughout my stay there.
Location is nowhere near any attractions. Need to walk 10-20 minutes to everywhere.
