This home is tastefully decorated and thoughtfully equipped for comfort and convenience. With comfy Sealy mattresses in every room, you'll sleep soundly after a day of fun in the sun. The spacious layout offers a game room, multiple living areas, and three levels of outdoor decks, all designed to take advantage of the beautiful coast. The main deck is perfect for outdoor dining, lounging, or enjoying the view. With room for up to 14 guests, including 3-4 kids, there's plenty of space.




Outside, the fun continues with private beach access, an outdoor shower, a propane grill, and plenty of beach toys and games for the whole family. Parking can accommodate 3-5 vehicles, so you’ll have space for everyone’s cars—or your boat! Pets are welcome, so bring your furry friends along for the trip. -NO SMOKING allowed at this property.

-This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME: A non-refundable Pet Fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. The Pet Fee is $350 for 2 dogs. Contact us regarding dog rules at the beach.

-Maximum Occupancy: 14 Occupants: Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.

-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

-No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.

-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.

-No uninvited guests without permission.
