About this house rental
The first floor newly constructed ground suite features a large modern space with queen bed, full bath, separate living space with 60" smart TV and queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette area with Keurig, microwave, mini fridge, and full washer/dryer on this floor. Outside the patio is a seating area with gas grill and an outdoor shower to rinse off after relaxing beach days!
Going up to the main floor, there is an open floor place with a large kitchen featuring granite counter tops, gas stove, and large island with 4 bar stools where you can enjoy coffee made by the French press, Keurig, or regular coffee maker supplied. A large dining table is perfect for gatherings with a separate small children's table nearby! Living room features another queen memory foam sleeper sofa with sliding doors that goes out onto a large covered deck with large patio dining table. This floor has a bedroom with queen bed, 40” smart TV, and full bath. Note- gas fireplace is turned off.
The third floor features a stunning master bedroom with king bed, 43" smart TV, and en-suite with dual sinks and walk-in shower. Off the master suite is another large covered deck offering ocean glimpses! Another bedroom offers 2 twin beds and shares a full bath with another large bedroom. This bedroom has a 40" smart TV with 1 queen bed, twin/twin bunk beds, and plenty more space! Washer & dryer available for your use on this floor as well!
This property is perfect for families and children, offers a pack n' play, portable high chair, children's table, and many games. Located minutes drive from the NC aquarium at Fort Fisher and Carolina Beach restaurants/shops/activities! Also includes some beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, gas grill and small charcoal grill for your pleasure. Parking available for 4, including 1 garage space. Need something else? Just ask us, we are not far away! You have access to the entire side of the townhouse except 2 owner's closets.
Memorial Day through Labor Day - 7 night stay Sunday to Sunday, consider less amounts closer to date if not booked.
Remainder of the year- 3 night minimum stay
**the pricing listed included all linens with beds MADE and ready for you to start your relaxing vacation. If you need the queen sleeper sofa linens, there will be an extra charge.

You have full access to the Ecobee wifi thermostats during your stay but cannot set the AC below 68 degrees in the summer.

Great Birthday weekend. We celebrated my mom's 70th. This house was able to accommodate 12 people comfortably. It was just as listed on the website. The decorations were very coastal chic. The place sat about 4 minute walk from the beach. There are no beach views, but we knew that going in. Each level has an outdoor space. You are slightly close to neighbors, but its the beach and everyone is close. The owners did not forget anything, the house had everything you need for a staycation. The beach chairs were an added bonus!! The place was clean and they provided towels and sheets. There was enough space for everyone to relax and enjoy the home. The kitchen is a great meeting space in the home. The table was large enough to fit about 8 people. Plus tge large island we great for serving and eating. I love that there were cleaning supplies to kerp the kitchen and bathrooms clean. There was enough parking for 4 cars in the drive way. I appreciate how readily tge owners were to answered questions and providing feedback. This home is a great home away ftom and i would definitely stay again.

The house is in a great location with close proximity to 2 beach access points. The house also provided plenty of space for the 12 of us. Having 2 washer and dryers was also helpful for our crew. Overall the house was clean upon arrival except for a few areas- and a terrible smell of shrimp on the 2nd floor/kitchen area that eventually went away after a few days (we think the previous renters cooked a shrimp boil the night before we arrived- unfortunate timing). The oven racks still do not fit the oven (see another's review) which made it challenging to bake my birthday cake, but this has been mentioned to the owner and they are trying to address this concern. The house stayed nice and cool during the Extreme Heat wave during our rental week. Overall we had a great stay and would consider coming back next year!

Clean house with plenty of space for everyone. Close to the beach and in a quiet part of Kure Beach. Perfect for a a low key family trip with kids. Big open kitchen & living room for gathering so that everyone can hang out together. We loved our stay!

Our family loved the house! It was a perfect stay for the adults and the kids. The house is very modern and clean, plenty of space and amenities. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the beach chairs provided. The location is perfect, not too busy and very quiet neighborhood. Thanks Hayley for a great stay!
