About this house rental
You will fall in love with this beautiful, high-end house in Kure Beach. The ocean views are gorgeous from the second and third floors. Both have a deck that runs the entire length of the house to relax and check out the scenery. This home has 6 bedrooms with sleeping for 20 and 4.5 bathrooms. Imagine cooking in the beautiful kitchen with double oven, five burner gas cook top, stainless steel appliances, two sinks, and granite countertop. The large kitchen, living room, and dining room area is open for easy entertaining and has a gas fireplace. The amenities include a pool and elevator. The second and third stories have hardwood flooring throughout. There is a two car garage with parking for two-to-four more regular size cars in the driveway.
Located just across the street from the public beach access, you are just steps away from walks along the beach. The house is located just two blocks from the historic district and pier. It is a great location to create family memories.
The third floor has a master suite with a king bed and private access to a large deck perfect for winding down after the end of a busy beach day. The master suite has an attached bath with a large garden tub (not jetted) and a large shower with dual shower heads. There are two other bedrooms on this floor that share a bathroom. One has a king bed. The other has a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle that can be pulled out and a separate twin bed. The washer and dryer are located on this floor and the hall has a wet bar just beside a sliding glass door that opens to a smaller deck on the side of the house. You can listen to the ocean waves while relaxing in this private spot overlooking the swimming pool.
The second floor is the hub of the house with a large open floor plan for the kitchen, living room and dining room. It is a perfect place to cook large meals for a group. This is a great place for everyone to gather to play board games or to enjoy the large flat screen tv above the gas fireplace. A deck that runs across the front of the house with wonderful ocean views will capture everyone’s attention as the perfect place to drink your morning coffee. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded Sealy Posturepedic mattress. There is a separate half bath on this floor. There is also a bedroom with a king bed and private full bath.
The first floor has two queen sized bedrooms that share a bathroom. The hall has access to the staircase and an elevator which services all three stories. The back door opens to the pool area that includes an outdoor enclosed shower which will be great to rinse off the sand after a day on the beach. The first floor has tile floor.
The house has a two car garage with parking for two to four more cars in the driveway. Road parking is available also, but is not free.
There is cable tv and complimentary wifi throughout the house. All the bedrooms have a tv and DVD player or BluRay player.

This is the second year we stayed here and it was just as great as it was the last time we stayed. One of the best things we liked with this property is the elevator. Especially with our parents that are in their late 70s, it made it easy to get around the house. Some of the other things we liked about the house was the large common area, the beach being a short walk away, ample parking space, a simple check-in process and great communication with our host. We can't wait to stay here next year!

This house fit our entire family perfectly. Below are a few Pros and Opportunities.Pros:- Such a great location. Very short walk to the beach with ocean views from the house- Towels, Towels, Towels! It was amazing having so many towels available.- The main living area was massive, perfect for family gatherings.- The house was equipped with literally everything we needed. We didn't need to leave the house for anything except for food and beverage.Opportunities:- Bugs, we saw a lot of cockroaches. Not sure if invested in pest control?- The outdoor garbage can was small considering the amount of people that can sleep in the house. We had to leave extra garbage outside of the can which we felt bad about.- The pool was great but got dirty really quick. A pool cleaner coming midweek would have been perfect!

Our first time in Kure Beach and we loved every minute of it. The location of this house was absolutely perfect. Easy access to the beach and a view of the ocean from the deck. Close to the pier and restaurants. The house itself was by far the best appointed Verbo Home we have ever stayed in. Solidly built so easy to move about without disturbing other others as well. First time we could actually seat all 16 of us around a dining table. Heaven. The gathering spaces were ample. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Having sheets and bath towels provided with an added bonus. Ages 2 to 75 and we all were delighted every single day. We’ve done beach trips together for over 10 years, and this was by far one of our top homes and places to be.
