Our house is located on the sunny side in a quiet, central location with a large sun terrace and stunning views of the castle, city and Moselle, just a few steps from the historic old town. All sights are within easy walking distance. In the immediate vicinity you will find a wide range of leisure activities. The leisure center, a shopping center with food discounter, many restaurants and cafes are just minutes away from the apartment.

2-bed apartment:
The newly furnished 70 sqm apartment consists of a large living room / bedroom with cozy fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower / WC. Directly in front of the apartment is a 100 m² large outdoor terrace with garden furniture for sole use.

Wir waren ab dem 12.6.2021 für 2 Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung zu Gast... Ab dem ersten Moment haben wir zu Hause und willkommen gefühlt... ein frischer Blumenstrauß und ein Obstteller haben genauso dazu beigetragen, wie die herzliche Begrüßung der Familie Berens- vielen Dank hierfür- Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist fantastisch, auf der anderen, ruhigeren Seite des Flusses gelegen. Man wird mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf Cochem und die Reichsburg belohnt. Wenn man will, ist man zu Fuß in 10 min im Getümmel der Altstadt...und wenn nicht genießt man seinen Wein und die Aussicht von der riesigen Terasse. Ansonsten ist Cochem als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ideal und man braucht auch noch nicht mal das Auto dafür...durch die gute Bahnverbindung ist man in weniger als einer Stunde in Koblenz und in etwas mehr als einer Stunde in Trier. Aber gerade für uns Cabrio Fahrer war die Landschaft ein Traum....tolle Landstraßen...auf der einen Seite die Mosel und auf der anderen Seite die Weinberge...wir haben jeden Tag genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder.
