"La Baiocca", 30 meters from the sea, delightful apartment in the Alassio gut, in the characteristic Borgo Coscia, famous for its tranquility and for its wide sunny beaches.
Located on the 1st floor, the accommodation, completely renovated, has a living room, kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower, comfortable closet / dressing room and balcony.
Equipped with all comforts: independent heating, air conditioning, TV, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, complete with dishes and dishes even for the "little ones", washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, phon.
Bed, bath and kitchen linen are available.
A travel cot for children from zero to four years is available on request and included in the price.
The daily cost includes all utilities: electricity, water and gas.
Convenient to services, in fact nearby there are mini-markets, grocery and fruit and vegetable shops, bars and restaurants.
Within a radius of about 60 meters there are free parking spaces in Piazza Andrea Doria and Viale D. Hanbury (Aurelia), about 250 meters from the paid parking in Piazza S. Francesco and Stalla square.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung wirklich genossen. Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage und ist gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünscht.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Quartier in Alassio, gleich gegenüber einem kleinen Minimarket. Ein Früchte-und Gemüsehändler und eine kleine Bäckerei sind auch in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Paola ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit und ist stets gut per Handy erreichbar.
