Our guest suite offers the ideal retreat for travelers visiting Asheville! Please note this is a basement apartment with a private entrance and we live in the home. Conveniently located just over a mile from I-26, our property feels like a secluded woodland escape. Surrounded by two acres of forest and frequented by deer in the evenings, it’s a peaceful, nature-filled experience—without sacrificing location.

We loved our stay here! The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool table was such a fun bonus and gave us plenty to do in the evenings. The bed and couch were both super comfortable. Being from Florida, we especially appreciated the space heaters! The water stayed nice and warm, and the neighborhood was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. We’d definitely stay here again!

Everything was as advertised and more. Lovely rooms, great bed, yummy coffee, spacious bathroom, very responsive host. All good!

Strong musty smell throughout basement, especially in the back bedroom. Shower curtain was cover in mildew and even found mildew spots in the bed sheets. Towels never dried between the days of hanging them up. Just overall felt exactly what it is: a damp basement near a rainforest. The attempt was there by the owners and it being a basement, I guess it is what it is. But the mildew and musty smell bothered me.
