This was a very pleasant experience. Easy checkin and checkout. Very clean property that provided everything I needed for my 4 night stay. The bed was super comfortable and cozy. The coffee bar was a delight. I loved the deer walking through the yard and the fireflies at night. Wonderful stay!

We were in Asheville to visit the Biltmore estate. The property met all our needs. It was a great base of operations to recharge and plan out our adventure. It was simple and clean with great communication from the host. It’s also close to great restaurants and a movie theater. Our favorite restaurants were Tupelo Honey, Luella’s BBQ & Biscuit Head. Easy access to highways. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean and close drive from airport; close to an Ingles( supermarket) and lots of great restaurants. Comfortable bed ( assortment of pillow types .. can easily find one YOU like ); rain shower and nice soft towels. Angie was very welcoming and communicated with us during our stay asking if we needed anything. Great assortment of coffees & teas for Keurig. We would definitely stay at Angie's "Wooded Oasis" again.

I honestly forgot that it was a part of a house. Most times, you can hear constant noises and try to leave asap. But i wanted to stay. You couldn't have had a better experience at a Hilton or a Marriott. Definitely will be back.

Amazing place to stay for a weekend at the Biltmore and downtown Asheville… only a short drive to each. It’s not often I find a place that’s quiet, clean, affordable, and has all the amenities that I need. This place checks all the boxes! And, the bed? So comfortable! Very private basement apartment. Guests drive up to the separate entrance. We never saw the owner’s side of the house or them, they apparently park further around the house. Cute apartment. No kitchen but frig and microwave and all the coffee supplies. Great location and very clean. We enjoyed the pool table.

Booked Angie's place for our visit to Ashville and The Biltmore Estate. After perusing many, many places in the area, this one caught our eye due to the reviews it was given. It is UNIQUE, in a very good way. Angie (and Dave) take great pride in the unit that they created in their home. Its convenient to Downtown Ashville (15 min drive} and the Biltmore Estate. Read the reviews, we loved it!

This was truly the perfect spot for my partner and I to stay during our getaway trip to Asheville. Angie is an excellent communicator and host, and there were so many little details that made this spot charming. The sheets and towels were SO soft, and everything was exceptionally clean! We stayed here for the 2nd time on a family visit. Apartment is centrally located and well appointed. We had great communication with owners and no issues accessing the property. Check out was easy and the apartment was clean and nicely decorated with lots of little extras - shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. It’s also nice to see such a great place at an affordable price - housing and hotel prices in Asheville have gotten ridiculous- it’s nice to see someone stay reasonable with their prices. We will always stay here when we come visit my family!

Definitely recommend this one bedroom VRBO. I was pleasantly surprised how large and spacious it was. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed. Angie had wonderful chocolates waiting for us on the table and we enjoyed those right away! Everything we needed was there. The Pool table was a huge plus! Angie was very quick to respond to my messages and was very helpful in making recommendations. Thank you for making our quick vacation pleasant and relaxing!

Love the setting. Very quiet neighborhood and convenient to The Biltmore Estate. Owners have it set up nicely. It was me and a friend so she took the futon and I had the queen bed. We enjoyed the amenities provided. Keurig coffee pot, microwave, fridge, kitchenware if we needed. The pool table was fun to have some time chilling out and playing when we got settled the first evening. Great weekend and a great place to stay.

Really enjoyed my stay here! It was nice and quiet, very clean, and so cute. Made my trip to visit a local conference very relaxing, and the host is so thoughtful and polite. If I ever have to visit the Asheville area again I’ll definitely look this place up.

Strong musty smell throughout basement, especially in the back bedroom. Shower curtain was cover in mildew and even found mildew spots in the bed sheets. Towels never dried between the days of hanging them up. Just overall felt exactly what it is: a damp basement near a rainforest. The attempt was there by the owners and it being a basement, I guess it is what it is. But the mildew and musty smell bothered me.

IF you are looking for a spacious and reasonably priced bnb for a stay in the southern Asheville area this will do nicely. Spacious basement layout with a little "living room", some kitchen appliances, a big bedroom, and a pool table you will not feel cramped. Parking is limited, but you can easily work that out. About 20-25 minuted from Asheville attractions. Only heard the hosts upstaris once or twice, and never at night.

This little home suite was everything we were hoping for. The owners had it stocked with everything you need - from toothpaste to body care to first aid to coffee and teas. You could tell they have their guests comfort in mind. We felt very spoiled there. The rooms were clean and there is a pool table for added fun. The property is lovely and we saw deer in the evenings. The property sits at the bottom of the mountain so you don't have to worry about driving high winding mountain roads. We will definitely book this little homesuite again!

We loved our stay here. We came in for the weekend for my niece’s HS graduation. It’s spacious, clean, in a quiet neighborhood in a great location and the owners communicated quickly and were very kind. We got in late Friday night and had no issues accessing the apartment. Definitely recommend staying here!

The owner was very inviting. The apartment was nicely furnished and comfortable. Only drawback is there is no sink and stove but told this is not allowed in this county for vacation rentals. Overall, definitely better than staying at a hotel costing way more. My adult son and I enjoyed our stay. Sitting outside listening to the local wildlife was exactly what I wanted for my downtime. Thank you Angie and sweet Molly (their dog).

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The bed was extremely comfortable. My husband never sleeps late but he slept until after 11 am. He was so relaxed and loved the bed. It was incredibly clean and very comfortable. The little extras with fully stocked coffee bar, bath essentials and some candy left on the kitchen table for us made our stay extra special and very welcoming! Quiet location just off the road from everything close by to enjoy shopping and sights of Asheville. We will definitely be staying again!
