It was clean and quiet. The location was handy to transport, with bus stop outside the door and a short walk to train station
Wifi was poor and kept dropping in and out. Also, there is no elevator so suitcases have to be carried up to first and second floors. Clients should also be aware that this hotel is completely contactless. There is no reception desk or staff member to ask for any assistance.

The access was clear and accurate. The room was perfect - clean and cosy and well supplied with necessities.
A little canteen to do a simple breakfast would have been the icing on the cake

You should definitely get a designated smoking area at the back door as it's very unsafe smoking out the front at night time apart from everything else was excellent 👌
