The ease of getting in and out
The room was a bit airtight, a bit stuffy.

They operate without staff however its very convinient to check in. The staff will inform you in advance the steps required. Room is comfortable and clean. Even iron and iron board included! And coffee machine too! My husband love it
No parking. But got nearby parking

I was able to park on a side street nearby (lucky). The place was very clean and it was okay for one night
I did not receive any advance communication on how to get inside the place. Someone let me in the front door and I was able to get someone on the phone to help me get in. I could not figure out some of the controls in the room. There is no king size bed. It is 2 beds pushed together. If you sleep in the middle, you'll be between mattresses. The place seemed one step above dorms
