Lovely villa in a wonderful location with spectacular views over the valley towards to the mountains. Nice landscaped gardens and great swimming pool. Well equipped kitchen with full cooker and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and hob. Outdoor barbecue area. Huge covered porch with comfy seating and outdoor full dining suite. Great hosts with swift communications. Pool was clean and warm. Accommodation was clean and comfortable and the air con worked well. Good size rooms and comfortable sofas. Nice decor and vaulted ceilings. Secure, gated accommodation a fairly short distance from shops, bars and cafes. Covered parking area kept the car relatively cool. Private grounds but not too secluded. Powerful and versatile shower and plenty of hot water.

Only one bathroom in the house - the second toilet is in a separate building. Dining area was a bit dark so a light over the table would be nice. Bit of an ant problem in the kitchen but storing open packets in the microwave worked well. Noisy neighbours had loud music one night and there were some very noisy dogs nearby. Would prefer a separate shower rather than one over the bath.

Great villa for a small group......the location is simply stunning with a beautiful pool and gardens overlooking Alhaurin and the surrounding hills. Easy to get into town, walkable through the very pretty country lanes and within easy reach of the sights of the surrounding coastline and mountain villages with the use of a car. The villa was well stocked for those wanting to cook at the property and sitting watching the sun set each evening was one of our highlights. The owners were super friendly and on hand if needed but respected privacy. A great stay! Would definitely go back!!

Bed linen slightly aggravating......as in a lot of rental properties. All very clean but the bottom sheets came away from the mattress every time the beds were used making a nights sleep a little unrestful. Could do with nicer heavier linen to give it a 5 star rating.
