As soon as you arrive, you will comfortably park inside the fenced plot, and you will be received by a spacious outdoor area with a private pool, sun loungers and umbrellas to relax under the sun or the stars The large covered porch offers two environments: an outdoor dining area with an elegant table and a cosy garden lounge, ideal for family chats or moments of relaxation
The interior stands out for a spacious living-dining room with a central fireplace, Smart TV and abundant natural light. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: induction, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more, so you can enjoy preparing your meals with total comfort
