Great quiet neighbourhood

Staff was friendly, but most can only communicate in French. So I suggest a little brushing up of your french would be good. Otherwise, the restaurant they recommended across the river was delicious and the park nearby was a good experience.

there was no coffee or tea facilities in the room my mum was disabled and there was no handrails in the room which I asked on Booking.com

Very bad customer service and pictures make it look prettier than it is in reality

The only good thing was the location.

Hotel owners were smoking inside and the place was very different in reality. When we wanted to cancel the reservation the staff promised us a full returnment of the money, but after a while they didn’t answered any mails anymore. After 6 weeks I only got 1/3th of the money back.

Good for a one-night stay when travelling to the Walloon area

Spacious room and bathroom, nice view outside (River Maas), friendly staff and adequate breakfast. Ideal for a one-night stay.

The shower could have been cleaner, meaning that it was clean but there is definitely some wear and tear visible.

Nice quiet setting by the river

Nice quiet location by the river, just some 20min drive from Liege. Stayed for few nights in a single room which was clean but small and very spartan and the bed was too hard. Comparing with other accommodation in Belgium, a bit overpriced, but there weren't many options left last minute during Easter weekend.

Great location. Staff very helpful indeed; managed to retrieve my forgotten belongings even before I drove away.

Inconspicuous looking hotel in a quiet location that had all I needed; with an extra bonus that the restaurant was open Sunday night when I arrived! Small one-person room, with view of the river.

Simple, calm hotel with a very good restaurant

The room was quiet and fairly spacious and the restaurant was really good. However, the emergency exit run through our room. We had asked for a double bed and got a room with two separate beds. The staff was nice enough to put them close but the end result was not particularly confortable.

Bed was comfortable and room clean towels changed everyday but bathroom not cleaned

When I booked said English speaking but it wasn't and was quite hard communicating with the lady at reception, also she was never at the desk to ask her anything either and we were told no breakfast there but she said we could have a coffee then rudely said next morning we had to pay for coffee

Für das Frühstück wurden 15 € pro Person berechnet, was in keinem angemessenen Verhältnis zur gebotenen Qualität stand. Frisch war lediglich der Kaffee, wobei der Kaffeevollautomat zudem nicht besonders sauber wirkte. Die Auswahl bestand aus wenigen Brötchen und einem Croissant, das ebenfalls nicht mehr frisch war. Dazu gab es einige Scheiben Wurst und Käse, die optisch nicht sehr appetitlich präsentiert waren. Insgesamt entsprach das Frühstück und weder dem Preis noch den Erwartungen. Hier besteht deutlich Verbesserungsbedarf bei Frische, Hygiene und Angebot. Auch insgesamt konnte das Hotel leider nicht überzeugen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte für uns nicht, und in mehreren Bereichen wirkte alles eher lieblos und wenig gepflegt. Für den verlangten Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr Qualität und Sorgfalt erwartet.
