The flat was clean, it had plenty of dishes for us to use, a nice balcony, plenty of space for 4 people.
I think the instructions for how tourist tax is payed could be better - it made it seem like the guests need to do it themselves (and the only way it is possible to do that is through the accommodation, which was confusing), but I got an automatic email a few days before the stay. We also couldn't find any instructions on how to get to the private beach in the flat, only in the booking app.

frequent communication from the owner about key collection
wifi was terrible, cell phone coverage inside the house very poor very close to a train line which was at times very noisy
