Located on the outskirts of town near the lake and forest, with a small garden and private parking, the Hacienda FLAT1 accommodates up to 4 people. The apartment is located in an annex of the Hotel Hacienda—a small, unique city hotel in a quiet location away from the tourist crowds.
Lake Constance is a 5-minute drive or bike ride away. There’s a bus stop right in front of the building and a locked bike garage.
The Hacienda FLAT1 is located in an annex of the Hotel Hacienda—a small hotel housed in a former café from the 1930s. It’s not a cookie-cutter apartment—it’s been furnished with lots of love and creativity.
High-quality, natural materials—color and light—make the FLAT a special place.
It’s on the first floor and features a bright living room that incorporates a semi-open sleeping area made of warm, natural wood.
A fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining area and a cozy sofa overlooking the garden.
The apartment features a second, separate bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a shower.
The terrace, complete with sun loungers and a dining area, is quietly situated in the lush garden, which also features a slackline.
The Seewald is just 200 meters away—a great spot for jogging or walking the dog.
Bakeries and supermarkets are right around the corner.
If you’d like, you can leave your car behind and explore everything by bike. There’s a locked bike garage for our guests and a wallbox for electric cars—powered by green electricity, of course.
Guest access:
The entrance is in the courtyard; before your arrival, you’ll receive a code for the key box.
There’s also a key with a red border on the keyring. This is for the bike garage, which is also located in the courtyard.
You can do your laundry at the Hotel Hacienda—just check in there in the morning.
