It is a very spacious property with large garden and private pool. The bedrooms are a good size and fully operational ac. 4 bathrooms in total.
The ac was not fully operational on the ground floor so it was way too hot in the living areas.
There were a few cockroaches appearing every event and morning especially in the living area which was unpleasant. Also a lot of ants on the kitchen worktops.

The villa was fantastic, plenty of room for the 4 of us. Pool was great, as was the gardens. The beds were sublime. The host was excellent, communicated very well via phone & WhatsApp & ensured we had everything on more than one occasion. He recommended supermarkets & restaurants. Not to forget his brother, whom kept the pool clean for us on several occasions. Location was 5-10 mins walk to local beach & sea front restaurants, the villa was on a secure estate, which felt very safe. Rabat old town was approx 15-20 mins car journey, well worth a visit as too was the zoo.
