Has everything you need. There were beach chairs and umbrella.but we brought our own since it wasn't listed. There were a few toys and a boogie board, I think.We never contacted managemnet while there but.for the purpose of making them aware, o e of the toilets is sluggish and runs. And the one of the elevators was out of order. Other than that everything was nicely decorated and comfortable.

This condo was a great place to stay. Clean and as-advertised. Incredibly ocean view, right on the beach with two pools if you’re not feeling saltwater that day. Cute little burger place and a tiki bar on the pool deck. Close to shopping, tons of restaurants, and activities like go-carts, mini golf, and Ripley’s museum.
We were concerned about the potential lack of privacy with the pullout couch and bunk beds, but there’s a hallway door that closes between the living room and hall with the bunk beds. It ends up feeling like each sleeping space is separate and fairly private!
My biggest complaints were that you can’t buy any additional parking passes for the lot attached to the condo community (but there is cheap public parking nearby) and that the listing didn’t detail all the amenities provided! I packed a lot of things that were provided because I didn’t know they would be provided. It was a pleasant surprise!
I would definitely stay here again!

We were in town for the Gulf Coast Jam. Stayed extra couple days after concert. Condo is as advertised.
