This very well-appointed and fully equipped condo offers a modern kitchen with all new appliances, a dining area, living room, laundry closet and separate bunk areas and bedroom. The bedroom offers a comfortable king bed and private bathroom with jacuzzi tub/shower combo. A second full bathroom is located in the hallway and the unit also has a queen sofa sleeper for additional bedding if required. Comfortably accommodates 5 guests. This unit has no peers at The Summit. The absolute finest unit at the property with everything 100% new as of May 1, 2023. The Summit is located on the beach at 8743 Thomas Drive.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A minimum initial payment of $325 is due at time of booking. Final payments are due 35 days prior to arrival. Checks, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Initial payment amount may vary based on the booking avenue.
NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner's Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27. While we do our best to provide you with accurate, up-to-date information, The Summit Owner's Association reserves the right to change the registration fee at any time and without notice and is based on SOA limits and availability.

Our check in went without a hitch. Room was super clean..The kitchen was stocked with unbelievable cookware....Decir was clean and well maintained....Hated to leave..Staff was very friendly and accommodating ,The only thing was during summer months pool should be kept open longer than 8 pm... couldn’t enjoy hot tubs at night

We vacationed here the last week of August and the weather as well as the water was perfect. The unit was decorated nicely and had most everything we needed. There was no broom to sweep up sand and the balcony was covered with sand when we checked in. The bed in the master had sand in the sheets the first night so I'm not sure those sheets had been washed. There were three elevators and at any given time at least one was elevator was inoperable. The pools were nice as well as the on-site restaurant and bar. The beach service chairs were great but a little pricey at $50 per day.
