The Space:
This 2,612 sq foot ranch-style vacation home offers 65 feet of private lake frontage along the eastern shore of Upper Scott Lake. With 7 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and a spacious recreation room, this home comfortably accommodates large groups while providing ample space for relaxation and fun. The great room is the heart of the home, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase breathtaking lake views, a fully equipped kitchen with island seating & mini fridge, a cozy living area with a 55” HD TV, and a dining table large enough for your entire group.
Step outside to the lake-facing deck, complete with outdoor seating and dining tables, or enjoy meals in the screened porch with a ceiling fan and a 7-piece dining set—perfect for rainy days. The expansive front yard includes a fire pit with plenty of seating, a private swimming area, and a dock with a complimentary canoe just steps away. The recreation room is designed for entertainment, featuring pool, air hockey, and foosball tables, plus a media lounge with plush leather seating and another 55” HD TV.
Whether you’re planning a weekend of swimming, boating, and fishing, or simply looking to unwind with BBQs, bonfires, and game nights, Hawk’s Haven offers the perfect lakeside retreat for up to 16 guests.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire property, including our swimming area, private dock, and our complimentary canoe.
Note that our docks, watercraft, gas grills & outdoor dining furniture are not available Oct 25-Apr 15.
Guests have convenient self-check-in access to our home via keypad entry system after the designated check-in time on their scheduled arrival date using door codes provided 10 minutea before arrival.

Fall allows for scenic walks through the nearby Allegan State Game Area or picking delicious apples and sampling fresh cider from local orchards.
And Michigan winters bring skiing, ice skating, and plenty more snow-filled fun.

To explore all the amazing spots in Southwest Michigan, you’ll definitely need a car! We are conveniently located close to several iconic coastal towns—just 15 minutes from downtown South Haven, 20 minutes from Saugatuck, and 25 minutes from Holland.
Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport (AZO) is located just under 45 miles SE of this home.
Gerald R. Ford Int'l. Airport (GRR) in Grand Rapids, is located about 57 miles NE of this home.
Amtrak's Pere Marquette line runs daily between Chicago, IL and Grand Rapids, MI through both Bangor, MI (15 miles south) and Holland, MI (25 miles north).
Please note: We don’t offer electric vehicle (EV) charging on-site. Attempting to charge an EV here damages our electrical system, any violations will incur a $400.00 fee plus any repair costs. Thank you for helping us keep things running smoothly!

Our 16-guest limit includes 12-14 adults max due to the 7th bedroom being outfitted with 2 twin bunk bed sets intended for kids. Guests of all ages are included in your total count.

Lovely, spacious home. Ideal for our family with kids ranging from infant to teens. Nice yard for games. We rented 3 kayaks and had a lot of fun on the water as well

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, well-equipped, and had great views of the lake. We definitely would stay at the house again.The only minor issue we had was that the beds are very high and we are all short, 5'-1" to 5'-8" so most of us had difficulty getting onto the bed...a stool would've helped.

The property is great - both the building as well as the outside property. There are plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. Although the bedrooms are not large, we just used them for sleeping so they were more than satisfactory with comfortable beds. The big combination kitchen, dining area and living room area is very comfortable and the TV service is very good. The front area of the building has a second TV as well as some game items, billiards, air hockey and fooze ball table. The large deck with tables, benches and a large grill are also great. One of the best features for us is the yard, including fire pit, small beach area, dock and lake. We enjoyed using the canoe around the lake. When there was a problem with the WIFI service, a call to the property manager was answered immediately and the problem was resolved in short order. Every member of our party all enjoyed the time at the property and highly recommend it for a great vacation.
