🌴Spectacular Beach Front Studio 🌴 19th Floor View of Beach, El Yunque Mt. & City

We recently spent three wonderful nights in Linda's beachfront studio, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The 19th-floor views are absolutely spectacular. The studio was spotless, beautifully updated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location is outstanding. With direct beach access and restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance, we were able to experience the best of Isla Verde without constantly needing a car. One of our favorite parts of the trip was walking to nearby coffee shops each morning for authentic Puerto Rican coffee and local sandwiches, including a delicious tripleta.The condominium felt very safe and secure with 24/7 security, and the included covered parking was a great convenience for exploring other parts of the island. We also enjoyed the pristine pool area, which was exceptionally well maintained. Everyone we encountered, from residents to staff, was friendly and welcoming.What truly made this stay exceptional was Linda. Her communication was second to none. She was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a wonderful stay. From booking through checkout, every question was answered promptly and thoroughly.This property played a big part in making our first trip together to Puerto Rico so memorable. I would rate this 6 stars if I could. The listing was perfect for what we were wanting: a couple getaway to Puerto Rico where we can be close to everything, especially the beach. The view was incredible, the room itself was very cutely done and had everything that was needed. Some small details we appreciated were the beach supplies that were at the listing and the logged in streaming apps, and the designated parking spot and the fact you’re basically on the beach. You can also see the airport from the balcony and you get to see planes land and take off (which was cool for us). This may honestly be the exact same spot we stay in or recommend to anyone coming to PR. Seriously this place is incredible.

Our stay at the Spectacular Beach Front Studio was amazing! The location was so convenient- being so close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The condo was very clean, fully stocked, and had a great view. Will definitely stay here again.

Studio was very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed. All appliances worked. Linda was fantastic to work with.
