Just 6 minutes from airport. Building has 24hr security, 24hr coin laundromat, parking space. Just 10 minutes from Condado, 15 minutes from Old San Juan and La Placita.

Awesome place with fantastic amenities. Located on the beach and across the street from a Farmacia that’s the equivalent of a CVS. Grocery store within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants around where a car isn’t needed. The condo is extremely safe and very quiet. There’s a list of recommended restaurants and activities that were spot on. Would stay here again next time I visit.

The property was perfect for my stay. The owner is attentive and caring for guests. Balcony had a nice view of the beach. Everything i needed was provided (ac ceiling fan pots pans and most importantly a balcony that can accommodate a small table and 2 chairs) and just steps from the beach and pool!!

The apartment was as listed. Great access to the beach. Host was very accommodating and offered us a refund when the whole area experienced a water main issue. He was amazing to communicate with and kept us updated on the water situation. We will definitely be back. The area had everything we needed within walking distance, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, and of course the beautiful beach.
