The house of 95m2 is recent and 200 m from the sea beach embankment and shops (supermarkets, halls, bakery, market every 2 days etc. ..).
You will appreciate the accommodation for the view the comfort and the location, you will be able to do everything on foot. The house includes the ground floor 1salon kitchen a courtyard and bathroom, the 1st floor a bathroom and 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed. In addition you can enjoy a balcony with sea view. On the 2nd floor 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed and a single bed.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house has been modernised with a large room upstairs in the attic and 2 double bedrooms in the first floor.
The kitchen was very well equipped with induction hob, dishwasher and oven. There was a washing machine in the first floor bathroom and the house was very well [resented and furnished.
The outside is a small yard back with balcony to the front which was nice to sit out side and read. The rear yard is small and access to a BBQ would probably be the only thing I would add but we do like to cook outside.
Nearby there is the Ayago market which is a brilliant very typical French market for most supplies, the nearby bakery is also excellent. There is also a decent sized Carrefour supermarket a short walk away.
The beach is only a very short walk away and the main town is about 15 minutes walk.

Logement en parfait état et très bien équipé.
Effectivement comme indiqué sur l'annonce, très bien situé à proximité du marché ARAGO, d'une très bonne boulangerie et différents commerces.
Point important, Dominique, le propriétaire très réactif par sms et mail avant et pendant le séjour.
Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour.

Big Appartement with a lot of space for minimum 6 people. Well equipped and in good conditions. We‘re happy to come back.
