- Friendly and helpful host.
- Property was clean and well appointed
- Dog friendly, with secure back garden with grass and also basket full of dog blankets.
- Small welcome basket with milk, crumpets and choccy biscuits 🩷
- Great location. Easy short walk into the village for shop, pub, bakery etc.
- Ample dedicated parking
- Comfy beds.
- Reliable WiFi
Only thing we missed having was some sort of freezer/ice draw. The fridge was enough for the time we stayed for but if we’d have stayed any longer, we’d have needed at least an ice draw. Not sure if this is mentioned in the listing.

Lovely charming cottage in a great location. The living area had very comfortable sofas and the beds were all very comfortable with lovely bedding and nice pillows. Great shower. Loved that we were able to take our dogs and let them out in the enclosed garden. Would love to stay again if we are in the area.
