Location and surrounds (quiet area) as well as room facilities.
I would have liked the registration form to be made available the day before as I did not see it until I was almost at the destination.

Close proximity to beach, shops, walking paths. Extra large comfortable balcony. After losing keys quick response from management.
Larger bed would have been nice. High step to get into Bath to use shower. Whole apartment needed an update, from painting to appliances, cutlery fridge etc.

Quiet, well situated to local cuisine
Bit dated, could do with a touch up in places. Had a bit of trouble finding lock box for key in the beginning but found eventually .
