2 Bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house with mezzanine is located in a private gated community at the bottom of the hills of Playa Hermosa. A unique bungalow style house is surrounded by lush vegetation and amazing jungle views where toucans, iguanas, macaws and monkeys visit regularly. There is an onsite community pool and rancho available for renters' use. Less than a 5 minute drive to a world class surf break (2.4 km).

This property is in a great location. It's in a gated community that is off the beaten path and quit. Amy is very attentive and easy to contact. When we return will stay here again.

This home is beautiful we loved sitting on the deck listening to the jungle !! Big view windows in the bedroom overlooking the amazing views!! And All the convinces of home!! A/C community pool washer and dryer and everything you need for cooking. It’s A short walk to Playa Hermosa however you do cross a busy highway but we walked it easily and my husband and I are in our 60’s !! Also if your planning to visit Jaco its close too with lots of restaurants bars music and surfing!! Not walking distance but we rented a Motorcycle or taxis are about 15 dollars into Jaco!! Amy was very attractive even though she was having a family emergency..But she made sure we had everything we needed!! We will definitely will stay here again when we go back to Jaco!! A must see the pictures don’t so it justice!! It’s beautiful ☺️

We stayed for 3 nights at this cozy cottage in playa hermosa. It was very clean, easy check in, and Amy was accommodating. The location is quite a ways off the beach and the pool is not right at the house, but it is a private and secluded community and we felt very safe. This property is non refundable, so consider that in your travel plans. Overall a great stay.
