Location was excellent, not far from the beach. The unit was very clean and offered all the amenities we required after being out in the rural areas. Well secured and the staff were very friendly.

Superb modern and very well equipped apartment within a lovely secure/gated site. Pool and outdoor gym equipment. Great quiet location within easy walking distance of beach and the main strip. Lift access to 4th floor. Great west facing/sunset views from the 8th floor roof terrace. Really liked this apartment. (Struggled a bit with making payment but owner was very helpful, responsive and accommodating. My issue, not owners, was poor mobile reception in Monteverde which meant couldn't receive authorisation/verification code from my bank. Eventually did it in Jaco). Did the Costa CAT cruise to Tortuguero from Los Suenos marina. Also went to Playa Blanca via the hard to find temporary road. Jaco Mirador at sunset too. All good and recommended.
