About this villa rental
**English translation:**
Villa Nenno, with its 200 sqm of space, allows guests to enjoy maximum comfort. It features 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a very spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor terrace and garden areas that make the experience even more special.
The master suite, set on a mezzanine level and created within a beautiful dome typical of the Amalfi Coast, features a very comfortable queen-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.
The second bedroom is located on the ground floor and includes a queen-size bed and a single bed, a wardrobe for your personal belongings, a desk, and a private bathroom.
The large and bright living room offers two comfortable sofas (one of which is a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate two additional guests). From here, you can admire the sea or relax while watching TV (Smart HD TV). From the living room you also have access to the third bathroom, the laundry room, and the terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you may need to prepare any meal (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, traditional oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and a five-burner cooktop). There is also a dining table, and beautiful locally produced ceramic tableware will make these moments even more special.
You will also appreciate the decorative ceramic elements found throughout the house (if you wish to purchase ceramics, we have a partnership that guarantees you a special discount).
The true highlight of the villa is undoubtedly the outdoor spaces: the terrace and the garden.
On the spacious terrace there is an impressive lava stone table where you can dine outdoors even on the hottest days, while enjoying a view of the divine Amalfi Coast.
The natural grass garden is perfect for sunbathing on comfortable loungers. If it gets too hot, you can cool off under the outdoor shower, relax in the shade of typical mandarin trees, or enjoy a soak in the spacious jacuzzi (available from March to the end of October, and also available in other periods upon request).
To further enhance comfort, all beds are fitted with mattress toppers. Each guest will have towels, a bathrobe, and a beach towel available. The villa is equipped with a renewed air-conditioning system providing both hot and cold air (updated in December 2025), and of course free Wi-Fi is included.
Check-in is normally between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM. A surcharge applies for later check-ins: €20 between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM, €30 between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and €50 for arrivals after 10:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability, at no additional cost.
To access the villa, there are 189 steps from the main road.
You will be welcomed by Mario, who will also assist you with your luggage.
Alternatively, if you arrive by car, you can park either along the road or, via a narrow access road, behind the villa, reducing the climb to just 60 steps and benefiting from a free parking space.
A bus stop and several shuttle services are located directly in front of the stairs leading to the villa, making transportation easy.
All local amenities—restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and other shops—are reachable within a 10-minute walk.
The municipality of Conca dei Marini applies a tourist tax of €2 per person per night, which we kindly ask you to pay in cash upon arrival.

Amazing house to stay in! The view is breathtaking, and so peaceful. The house is very spacious with 3 full bathrooms and everything is squeaky clean. By far our favorite place we visited out of Amalfi, Positano, and Naples. Quaint little town, tons of walking and stairs which compliments the setting. I highly recommend this house if you are visiting anywhere near Conca.

I can’t say enough about this backyard, it is exactly how it’s pictured. I could barely pull myself away from this view to explore the area. The house is clean, comfortable and big. My family of 4 (14 & 16 yo) plus my father had lots of room to relax between adventures. Conca dei Marini is a smaller relaxing town situated between larger and busier Amalfi and Poistano. Getting to the beach area requires a lot of stairs, but you can shorten your trip by using the area’s CITA bus (1.50), the commercial bus (6) or the local tourist shuttle. Also the buses or even an Uber allows access to the other towns like Amalfi and we did use this to venture to Amalfi. Our main contact, Mario, nephew of the owner, was simply amazing with sharing details of how to get around, good walkable restaurants, bus info and times and even helped us line up a boat cruise of the coast including Capri with a fantastic skipper (must do) and a Pompeii/wine tour. Mario is THE BEST and available for all our questions. Things to know - there are 180 stairs to get to this house. For myself, husband and teen kids - very doable. For my senior father this was a lot. He took lots of breaks and still was exhausted. Luckily, Mario helped us find some alternative ways to make his journey easier. We packed the big size suit case for our 2 week Europe trip and immediately regretted this decision when carrying them up the stairs. The view more than makes up for any logistical challenges with the stairs.

This property, the hosts and the overall experience could not have been better! The views from the property were breathtaking. We got to know the host family by going to their pottery/coffee shop everyday and they are a kind and beautiful family. We would love to stay here again if we are ever lucky enough to make it back to this part of Italy. Pay attention to the description of the steps if you have mobility issues. If not, the exercise is a wonderful justification for all the delicious Italian food! We thoroughly loved walking up and down the stairs to the main road. We also walked down to the beach area and that was fantastic too. The area is absolutely gorgeous and the walks are like none we’ve ever had the opportunity to experience before. The accommodations are very comfortable and well decorated. This home has air conditioning which we didn’t think to confirm at another location we stayed at in Italy. This is a must depending on the time of year you plan to visit. I can not recommend this rental enough. You will be thrilled with your stay!

Very nice accommodation, roomy, clean, well stocked with amenities. The location was very private and quiet.
Mario was also helpful with the transport from the airport, the check in and if we had any questions.
