It can be accessed by an elevator. This beautiful unit includes three bedrooms / two full bathrooms and can sleep a party of 7 comfortably. The community also offers a gulf front pool perfect for an afternoon cooldown. It is a perfect place for a great getaway.

We have stayed in this Unit several times over the years. This area is so relaxing and peaceful. It is almost like having your own private beach.

My mom and I came down to Cape San Blas to release the ashes of my recently deceased step-father. He loved the beach, especially the Gulf/Old Florida area. As he wished, he is now floating in the ocean with Jesus. Jezus.

We were unhappy with this rental and would not stay here again for three reasons:
1. The WiFi was not working and we could not get anyone to address this. We would have stayed somewhere else had we known. We needed to work during this time away.
2. The stairs off the back deck are in major need of repair. Rusty nails/broken boards...major liability.
3. We had no hot water for the first three days and the toilets leaked the entire time.
