High floor apartment, well ventilated, clean and no musty smell.
A great double room with a comfortable bed. The second when has 2 bunk beds with clean and smelling clean beds accommodates six people comfortably. The apartment is next to the elevator making it easy to get to and from Pitangueiras beach. Obs 10 mts from the beach.

Ola o imóvel é bom porem precisa de alguns cuidados que são arrumar o ventilador de um dos quartos, melhorar os colchões, aumentar o espaço do BOX (muito apertado) arrumar a porta do box. no geral é bom.

Amamos a nossa estadia!Tudo conforme o anúncio. Ótima localização, imovel limpo e sem cheiro de mofo. Pertinho da praia, passam três predios, ja é a praia. Pretendemos voltar outras vezes.

Apartamento muito bom, limpo e bem localizado. Não dou 5 estrelas pois o ventilador de um dos quartos fazia bastante barulho e na ausência de ar condicionado fica bastante complicado. Além disso, nao possui WIFI. Do restante o apartamento é bastante satisfatorio limpo e organizado. Comporta tranquilamente 3 pessoas. A partir de 4 ja fica um pouco desconfortável por possuir apenas um banheiro. De modo geral, gostamos bastante e recomendamos.
