About this apartment rental
- 2 bedrooms - (7 guests) maximum of 6 adults and 1 child
- Prime, upscale location on Pitangueiras Beach in downtown Guarujá. Close to all amenities—no need for a car. It’s the city’s main beach and tends to get crowded. The area is well-developed, with bars, beach huts, a shopping mall, craft markets, a bakery, hotels, and shops dotting the neighborhood. The ocean can be a bit choppy, but it’s still great for swimming, fishing, and surfing.
- 50 meters from the beach and 150 meters from Morro Maluf.
- Includes 1 covered parking space on the block in front, in another condominium.
- Option for a second parking space available for an additional fee ranging from $40 to R$50 per day (24 hours), depending on the season.
- A mandatory security deposit of R$200 is required, payable to the owner’s account and refundable later.
- Features tile floors, is well-ventilated, and is fully furnished with simple decor—not luxurious, but thoughtfully designed with attention to detail for a pleasant stay.
- 24-hour doorman, security cameras, cold-water showers, and 2 elevators.
- Small children are welcome; safety gates are provided.

Ao chegar no local fomos bem recebidos, pessoas bem simpáticas... O AP estava bem limpo, organizado, espaço ótimo, tudo conforme o anúncio. Só a maçaneta do quarto que estava solta, mas não incomodou em nada. Anfitriã super simpática, não demora a responder. Tem tudo perto, supermercado, restaurantes, adega e etc. Para ir nos locais nem precisa de carro, e a praia é do lado. Gostamos bastante!

Ótimo apartamento, superou as minhas expectativas.. excelente anfitriã, muito atenciosa, prestativa , minha família amou, pretendemos voltar todo ano, e fica neste mesmo apartamento. Amei cada detalhe... Muito obrigada mesmo por tudo ❣️

A todo minuto tivemos a atenção de dona Ana, desde a reserva...sempre prestativa. Nos sentimos bastante tranquilos e paparicados...kkk .Tudo pertinho, não precisa de carro para nada. Casa limpíssima e aconchegante. Só faltou o sol desta vez para netinha aproveitar mais...Mas estava tudo ótimo !! Quem usufruir do apê, temos a certeza que também irá adorar....Com certeza voltaremos....
