New apartment of 129 m2, 1 suite with cabinets, double bed and auxiliary bed; 2 bedrooms, each with closet, two single beds, which can be converted into a double bed and an auxiliary bed; room 2 main rooms with sofa bed and armchair bed; laundry; large terrace, on the 11th floor. Have safety net for children on the balcony and windows. Ceiling fan, air conditioning - split, tv (led) NET cable in the room and suite, full kitchen w / cabinets, microwave, stove, refrigerator.
Laundry room with washing machine and iron. Barbecue and table with bench for 8 people on the balcony all new.
It has 2 parking spaces.
It has internet with wi fi in rooms and condominium ground.
Leisure area with adult and children's pool, playroom, fitness, games room, sauna, sports court, playground for children, room for teenagers with electronic games, including playstation (need only take the game). Free beach service available.

The owners were very kind and accommodating when providing access to the apartment for myself and my family. They were easy to contact and were able to meet our needs.
The apartment is conveniently located across from the beach and has a great child’s play area and beach service.
The apartment itself was comfortable and easily fit our large family. It was missing some conveniences such as salt, pepper, toilette paper, bedding and towels. Burning leave most of that is explained before hand.
I would recommend that the bathrooms were done and it was aged. There was also angstroms sewer smell from the drains after use. But other than that, I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this again. Thank you so much!

Já havia ficado no outro imóvel do Sr Hélio e D. Miriam há uns anos atras, e como da outra vez, adoramos.
Sempre super prestativos e gentis, apartamento limpo, com todo necessário pra estadia.
