Minha estadia foi boa e tranquila.o apto bem localizado, gostei muito dos comodos espacosos, a televisao muito pequena e nao tem Wifi Fora isto adorei!!

Apartamento bem localizado, espaçoso e ventilado. Estacionamento livre em frente do prédio, sem problemas. No quarto com beliches, cheiro forte de xixi. Aplicamos Lysoform nos colchões, mas não resolveu. Precisa trocar os 2 colchões, pois estão velhos e a espuma sem efeito. Dar manutenção nos estrados (faltam algumas ripas) e pintar entre o piso, pois a tinta saiu e fica soltando areia quando varre. Fazendo isso, fica perfeito! Recomendo a estadia!

A comunicação com o locador é um pouco difícil pois o mismo só trabalha com email.
O zelador e os seguranças do prédio são muito prestativos.
O condomínio é muito bem organizado e bem localizado.
A estrutura do apartamento é excelente, cômodos amplos e bem ventilado.
O banheiro da área de serviço está interditado.
Os utensílios da cozinha estão bem velhos, as facas perderam o corte.
Os móveis e paredes estão bem encardidos.
Os colchões da beliche estão com cheiro de xixi. Nesse quarto só tem a beliche e uma bicama, diferente do anúncio que fala que tem uma cama king.
O ventilador do quarto de casal não está funcionando.
A televisão, q parece um tablet, só funcionou no primeiro dia.
Se o proprietário fazer alguns ajustes, o AP fica excelente
