Very good location and air conditioning was a lifesaver. The apartment was simple, but had what we needed for a night - sheets were clean and bathroom facilities had been cleaned before our arrival, but not quite so much attention to detail with things like cobwebs in the corner above the shower and dust on the towel radiator. However, the main areas of heavy use were fit for purpose.
Occupants next door (I assume also guests) decided to throw a party late into the night and we had to lock our door as one of them tried to come in. However, the house rules did state no party, and I appreciate that this was out of the host’s control.
