Our stay was wonderful. We even started to get used to the stairs a little bit)

We liked the location of the apartment. Bars, cafes, restaurants and the city centre are nearby. It is easy to get there from the train station. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay and a fairly good layout. Good communication with the hostess. Another big advantage is that the flat is warm and you can regulate the heat when it's cold outside.

I think the flat clearly needs some cosmetic repairs and the issue with the sewer smell in the hallway needs to be sorted out. But if the windows are open, it's much better.

Good location. Enough space for 2 people.

Location was great. It is near the Saturday market and within walking distance to all the sights. It's a quiet street and studio is quiet at the back of the building. There was enough space for 2 people. The shower was hot, enough towels supplied. The bed was comfortable, clean. Kitchen - we didn't use it - but it looked fine. Big blackout curtains were very good. Good wifi.

Bear in mind, it is the top floor - so if you can't manage stairs, this place might not be for you. The TV had no sound - we did ask the host about this, but she just seemed to brush us off with a lame excuse about 'no connection'. Host could have supplied a bit of coffee (nothing supplied) and a few more tea bags (I think there were 4 tea bags!) this would have made us feel a welcomed! And, we only had 2 pillows for the bed. Another one was located in a drawer but had no pillow case, so we didn't use it. For the price, I would expect 2 pillows per person and some drinks. All the above would have made our stay a little more 'luxurious' instead it felt a bit 'basic'. What a shame, as actually it is a nice studio space in a great location. Maybe get in touch with the host before you book to check these small things have been addressed?

Exceptional

It's always nice to have a kitchen and an area to sit down. The host was very responsive and the space was in a location within walking distance from all the things we wanted to do. The space was as-described and clean.

The bed was very comfortable, but my friend reported the pullout was only okay. There weren't great glasses for our delicious Belgian Beer. These are minor details, of course.

Comfortable and well located apartment which is good for a short stay

The directions were easy to follow. The apartment is in a great location. The apartment is fine for a short stay. It was very clean when I arrived.

Had to go to a different location to get the keys then go back to the apartment. The keys should be accessible at the property. The apartment is a 3rd floor (4th floor for USA) walkup, no elevator. I don't know if this was specified in the listing but I did not see it. I don't think I would have taken this apartment if I knew I had to carry luggage up three flights of stairs. Also, there were no cleaning supplies in the apartment. No dish soap. Nothing to use to clean the counters. Nothing. I had to purchase my own counter spray. There is no central rubbish/trash collection. The welcome book says if we want to get rid of trash to inform the host. When I asked the host about the bags for getting rid of rubbish, she told me I needed to buy them at the grocery store. I do not think this the the responsibility of the guest and I told the host this.

Práctico apartamento bien ubicado para visitar la ciudad

La ubicación estaba bien. Las dimensiones del apartamento eran adecuadas para la estancia. Tuvimos un problema con la calefacción y nos lo resolvieron rápidamente. La amabilidad del anfitrión.

Última planta sin ascensor con escaleras de peldaños muy cortos y empinados. Muy poca luz en el baño. Falta tostadora de pan. Vistas al interior.

Ik vond het heel fijn!

Locatie was goed en ik had alles wat ik nodig had.

Het enige wat ik graag anders had gezien was een waterkoker die niet van plastic is. Ik proefde namelijk een plastic smaak in de thee die ik ermee had gemaakt.

Strategisch gelegen nabij het centrum

Locatie: centrum op loopafstand, maar toch uit de drukte gelegen. Verder is de studio erg compleet ingericht.

Helaas waren er dakwerkzaamheden tijdens het verblijf. Verder is er nogal wat inkijk vanuit de andere appartementen als de gordijnen open zijn.

Fijne studio in Antwerpen

Van alle gemakken voorzien, meer ruimte dan in een hotelkamer. Nespresso apparaat! Gunstige ligging. Veilig gevoel. Appartement op de bovenste verdieping goed bereikbaar met de trap. Veel horeca in de omgeving. Koreaans restaurant Picniq is een aanrader.

Warme ruimte, gelukkig is er een ventilator, met 23gr buiten hebben we daar al gebruik van gemaakt. Met gordijnen open wel inkijk van achterburen. Matras iets zachter dan thuis, maar dat is natuurlijk per persoon verschillend.

Het bed was vrij smal voor een tweepersoonsbed en de drie stoelen wiebelig. Net niet de kwaliteit voor de verhuur, maar verder prima verblijf.

Verlichting was zeer beperkt aanwezig. Nespresso functioneerde niet. Gordijnen zijn niet breed genoeg. Ik verbleef maar 1 nacht. De hoeveelheid updates mbt de boeking en het uitchecken mag wel wat minder.

Estupenda. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo

La ubicación es perfecta. Cerca de todo. En menos de 10 minutos estás en todas las partes de interés de la ciudad. Incluso cerca de los autobuses que te llevan a los aeropuertos (tanto al de Bruselas como al Charleroi). A 12 minutos de la Estación Central de Amberes si prefieres coger el tren para ir a otras ciudades belgas. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario. Una buena nevera, microondas, placa para cocinar, menage, calentador de agua, cafetera de cápsulas. Genial. La ducha y lavabo perfectos. El sofá-cama nos resultó muy cómodo. El anfitrión muy amable. Atendió todas nuestras dudas rápidamente. Repetiríamos, sin duda.

Nos gustó todo. Por decir algo, añadiría una sartén más pequeña. Y una gamuza en la cocina para facilitar la limpieza diaria. Creo que en la página lo advierte, pero por si acaso, no hay ascensor y es un tercero con escaleras estrechas y algo empinadas. Para nosotros no supuso ningún problema. Para personas con problemas de movilidad no sería adecuado.
