This privately owned apartment is located in the Oceanside Resort at 3 Maunganui Rd, right at the base of Mauao, with the hot pools & surfclub directly across the road & within a minutes walk of both the ocean & the harbour, cafes & restaurants.
The complex also has a swimming pool & a spa & the apartment looks out over the tranquil gardens, so it’s peaceful & quiet.
The apartment is furnished in a French country style with a seperate bedroom that has a super king bed & bathroom. A trundle bed is available on request

Ideal location for access to the mountain, Pilot Bay and the main beach alongside eateries. Easy access to the apartment complex facilities. Enjoyed some rest and relaxation in a tidy, well decorated property. Thanks for the stay, will certainly keep it in mind when looking for a place to stay while in the area.

Beach break at Mt Manganui was exactly what my wife and I expected. Check in and out was a breeze. The location is close to the beach for surfing, the Mount for hiking, and many places to eat within reasonable walking distance. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we wanted. Also, my wife got to sleep-in while I woke up early and was able to read in the front room. Definitely work booking if you want a nice quiet place in Mt Manganui.

Had a 4 night stay here - great location. Very clean and tidy, had everything we needed. Good communication from host and property manager. Would definitely stay again .
