The staff were very kind and friendly. Got us checked in easily and put us far away from the other guests that were being loud/rude waiting their turn in the lobby. The room was very comfortable and just what we needed after walking around the renaissance festival all day. Great shower with lots of hot water. Room was nicely furnished with all you need and had a comfortable bed. Lots of good convenience store options nearby, too.
Everything was great, nothing negative to say.

It was a place to rest my head.
No Breakfast.... You have to purchase and they only had breakfast sandwiches and it was expensive. I could have gone to McDonald's next door and got a complete breakfast cheaper than 14.00 especially if I had to pay. Never again. No coffee in my room had to get it from the front desk. The kitchen sink had Dortios in the garbage disposer. No fresh roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Had to supply all the accessories, like plates, silverware, napkins, ect. Basically you had to bring your own food or get food and bring it back to your room. They just had coffee in the lobby and it had coffee grounds in it. Won't be going back again. Was disappointed.
