I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—with all the amenities I needed to feel right at home.
The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to explore, yet peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast each morning was delicious with a great variety of options. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and how well the hotel was maintained.
Overall, I had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I’ll absolutely be returning on my next trip!

We have stayed at this America Inn for many years, but unfortunately this recent visit makes it no longer a place we would choose to stay again. The room was not very clean. When looking behind the furniture and stands, it was clear these areas had not been cleaned in a long time. When unplugging our own devices, we discovered leftover letters and decorations from someone else’s birthday celebration, along with many dusty items. This raised serious concerns about housekeeping standards. Additionally, when moving the shower curtain, the metal end fell apart, further showing a lack of proper maintenance. During our stay, the toilet repeatedly clogged and overflowed, which was extremely inconvenient. Maintenance overall appeared poor. The in room hot tub did not work properly, and the fireplace in the room also did not function, which was disappointing since these amenities were part of what we paid for. At check in, we also observed other guests being asked to provide their partner’s identification. This raised concerns and left us questioning whether the hotel is now accommodating short term stays of a questionable nature, which does not align with the family friendly environment it once had. In the pool area, we were surprised to learn that children must now be 14 years old to use the hot tub. This appears to be a new policy, as we have stayed here many times over the years and this was never an issue before. Additionally, the water slide closed one hour earlier than the pool, which was frustrating and not clearly communicated.This hotel used to be a reliable, family friendly place for us, but due to declining cleanliness, poor maintenance, changes in atmosphere, and new restrictions, it no longer offers the experience it once did.
