An easy 10m stroll down to the village and sea, and half a dozen restaurants and bars.
For us, nothing. the villas are surrounded by trees which keep them cooler, so the air con wasn't needed. A pomegranite in full fruit stood in front of our balcony, birds sang, the ubiquitous cats sat on our laps and purred. There are also goats, sheep, geese and hens.

Excellent location and accommodation. good facilities. Easy walk to beach and tavernas. Loved seeing the goats and geese in the field opposite.
The only negative issue was the hand-held shower. It would make having a shower much better if there was a bracket to support the shower head. This would allow better control of the direction of the water.
