About this apartment rental
The "Schwan" is a spacious 3-room apartment with 65 square meters living space on the first floor. The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating. The basic occupancy is for four people.
The apartment entrance leads you directly into the spacious hallway. In the corridor area you will find the cloakroom with seating for putting on and taking off the shoes, a cloakroom locker and a large mirror.
plumbing
In the apartment is a shower room with toilet and a large mirror available. Towels and bath towels are provided by us for domestic use. Bath towels for the beach and swimming pool use, we ask you to bring your own. Furthermore, a hairdryer is available in the apartment.
Sleep in the "swan"
There are two bedrooms available. One is with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, alarm clock and sitting or Storage space, the other with a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm). The mattresses are high-quality pocket spring mattresses, so you can find your deserved sleep here and dream your dreams to the end. The provision of cots for infants is possible at any time. The bed linen is already included in the basic price.
living area
The living area is 24 square meters and is equipped with a kitchenette, a well-equipped, large dining table and a comfortable couch corner. Features include: 46 "TV, stereo (radio, CD), dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven, ceramic hob with four hotplates, wall clock. The kitchen is, for four people, fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils.
The living area has a south exposure to the adjacent forest. Given the slope, you are on the downhill side already on the second floor with a corresponding foresight on the wooded environment.

The parking for a car is included in the basic price.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet und bietet eigentlich alles, was zumindest unser Herz begehrt :-)
Die Fahrräder standen sicher im Fahrradschuppen, Grills standen zur Nutzung zur Verfügung, bei Bedarf kann die Urlaubswäsche auch mal eben schnell durchgewaschen werden (Trockner auch vorhanden). Das Beste sind die netten Vermieter, die jederzeit hilfreich zur Seite stehen und gute Tipps parat haben zur Erkundung der näheren Umgebung.

Die Fewo war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet.
Alle Räume bieten genug Platz für sämtliche Gepäck und damit die Kinder spielen können.
Die Küche war wunderbar ausgestattet. Es war reichlich Geschirr da und wir konnten ohne Probleme unser Abendessen kochen.
Vorallem Fr. Wollermann, die Vermieterin, war sehr nett und hilfbereit.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Die Sauberkeit, der Komfort und der Fahrradschuppen ist super. Ein genaueres Inserat wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Der angegebene Balkon war nicht vorhanden. Man muss Glück haben, wo man unter gebracht wurde.
