About this villa rental
Just a few metres from the beach and beach front restaurants and café, Villa Elenitsa has to be the perfect choice if you are looking for a peaceful get away, in stylish surroundings with the beach on your doorstep…and who isn’t?
A charming small house, all on ground floor level with sleek, modern interiors and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The covered terrace area is furnished for sitting and looking over the pool as well as for al fresco dining. A brick built barbecue gives you the chance to try out your skills at charcoal grilling and the lovely pool, wth roman steps to access beckons.
Nopigia is a small seaside resort area which may be very quiet in early and late season but has it’s fair share of visitors in the main summer months. The larger town of Kissamos is just 6 klms away for large shops and supermarkets and Kolymbari is just a little further in the other direction. Chania city is a 30 minute drive on the National Road for sight seeing.
From Nopigia you are within easy reach of some of the most beautiful beaches in the western Crete area such as Falassarna and Balos.
*Please note that for Villa Elenitsa the nearest airport is Chania.
To access the villa there is a path which is 80cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 88cm wide. The path to the poolside is 90cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. There is a small lip over the patio doors. There is also a small lawn area. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 73cm, whilst the bathroom door width is 68cm. Das Haus war für uns perfekt. Wir waren vier Personen in dem alter von 22-27 Jahre. Das Haus ist relativ klein, allerdings super ausreichend. Das zweite Schlafzimmer kann gut als Kinderzimmer, als auch Doppelzimmer - Betten zusammengeschoben - genutzt werden.
Die Lage ist super ruhig und entspannt. Alexandros, der für das Haus zuständig ist, war super freundlich, zuvorkommend und super hilfsbereit. Er war direkt vor Ort wenn man fragen hatte und hat sich super um das haus sowie den Pool gekümmert.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der neu gebauten Villa. Alexandros (der Besitzer) war extrem hilfreich, hat uns am 1. Abend viele Tipps über Ausflugsziele und Restaurants gegeben, war aber ansonsten zurückhaltend, war wir sehr zu schätzen wussten (wir hätten ihn jeder Zeit über Handy kontaktieren können). Wir wurden sehr liebevoll empfangen- im Kühlschrank waren für uns Wasser und Früchte bereitgestellt. Auch standen Olivenöl, Raki, Süßigkeiten aus Kissamos und weitere kleine Köstlichkeiten für uns bereit. Nach einem Unwetter schaute Alexandros nach uns, ob alles ok ist und brachte Schokolade von einem Konditor aus Kissamos mit. Die Kinder freuten sich über Netflix, den beleuchteten Pool und die Sonnenliegen. Die Villa liegt sehr gut für Ausflüge nach Balos-Beach, Elafonissi, Falassarna-Beach, Samaria-Schlucht, Agia Irini oder Wandern in den Weißen Bergen. Alles in allem hatten wir eine perfekte Woche und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank Alexandros!
