It is a traditional house, located in a rural and quiet landscape just 5 minutes from the city of Benissa, where you can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and all kinds of services, is 15 minutes from the tourist city of Moraira, has several terraces, a large pool, with spectacular views of the beaches of Calpe and the Peñón de Ifach, just 15 minutes away.
The house has 2 floors that communicate with internal stairs. You enter directly to a large fully equipped kitchen with dining room, followed by a living room with SAT + TV another small living room with TV and fireplace, on this floor we find 2 double bedrooms, a full bathroom, a bedroom With 2 beds, 1 single room with full bathroom, equipped with hairdryer, on the upper floor we have 2 double rooms, a single room, a room with a bunk bed and a toilet, we go out to an outdoor terrace overlooking the terrace from the pool and the beaches of Calpe and also to the mountains of La sierra de Oltá and the Sierra de Bernia.
