Comfortable beds
The hotel charged us 500 THB from our cash deposit as a “cleaning fee” for a towel with a coffee stain. This was not presented as a replacement cost and seems very high for simple cleaning. We were leaving for the airport and communication was difficult, so we could not discuss it properly due to inability of staff to explain or understand English properly and time pressure. Otherwise the stay was okay, but I recommend future guests clarify deposit and laundry charges in advance… Especially if non locals
