    Love this hotel, staffs are friendly and able to arrange transfer and remind me on the time to airport. Very helpful and will stay here again. Hotel pricing is high but you pay for the service and quality. Worth it.

    Clean new hotel, pool with nice view; staff was friendly and efficient throughout, breakfast was pretty decent. It doesn't have "character" or anything too Thai about it, but if you want a clean polished stay in a good spot in Silom across from the Nelson Hays library, this might be your best bet. Free shuttle to Salaedeng BTS is nice but I didn't use it.

    The service was outstanding – attentive, professional, and genuinely warm throughout the entire stay. The hotel is exceptionally clean, very stylish, and beautifully designed, creating a great atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and finished to a high standard. You immediately feel welcome and very well taken care of. Overall, an excellent experience. I can highly recommend the Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse and would definitely stay here again.
