It was perfect for our family getaway. Clean, modern amenities, spacious and close to the Blue Mountain Village. There was parking right outside the door. Aircon worked like a dream.

I really cannot find fault with the property, it was brilliant.

Confortable and spacious for a family of 8 adults. Just a block away from the main Blue Mountain Village. And with parking for two vehicles.

Beautiful property, great location, fits 6 comfortably in the main living spaces.

No kitchen essentials like coffee/tea, salt, pepper, olive oil, and/or basic spices. Lack of useful knives for cooking or parchment paper. We expected more in this respect and were disappointed. Also- bunk beds in one bedroom were not ideal for a couple to sleep in.

Location

I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at this property. We encountered several issues that were not addressed prior to our arrival: 1. Bedroom configuration: Despite requesting three bedrooms for three adults, one of the bedrooms was designed for children and was not comfortable for our needs. 2. Accessibility concerns: I specifically mentioned that we had senior citizens in our group who cannot use stairs. Unfortunately, the property is a triplex, and this was not disclosed to us beforehand, causing discomfort for our senior guests. 3. Lack of amenities: We were not provided with basic amenities like tea and coffee, not even upon arrival. I hope these issues will be addressed to improve the experience for following guests.
