Fantastic location! Set back from the road so quiet but loads of restaurants and cafes within a couple minutes walk Lots of space Well equipped kitchen High ceilings and air conditioning so cool Easy check in with good communication

Location…location…location. You cannot beat the location and the size of the property. It is not modern, but in Rome you don’t want that either. It is plenty big for a very large family or two families together. It has all the amenities you would need except for a washer in case it was needed. We didn’t need so it was not missed.
The showers looked fairly new but water pressure was a bit lacking. Not an issue at all but it could help the overall experience if it was corrected. We were told by the lady that checked us in that we were not to make noise after 2200 yet the neighbors next door have a dog that woke us up consistently around 5:30 - 6am. Again, not the end of the world at all and it did not affect our overall experience…just little things that we noticed.

The location. The amount of people that could be accommodated.
The apartment was advertised as having two bathrooms, but there was only one toilet. And there was a shower in the bedroom! The apartment was very open, snd I could hear everything. Stairs in kitchen were very steep. Our feet were black after walking barefoot on the floor.
